If you are locating iPhones, install the free AT&T Check-In companion app – available on the App Store -- on the iPhones you locate. It's required when using FamilyMap to locate iPhone 5. In addition, your family members can check-in to a location on a map and send it to you via text message. AT&T Check-In also improves the location accuracy for any iPhone you are locating with FamilyMap. You can find AT&T Check-In by searching for it in the App Store on the iPhones you are locating with FamilyMap.
Important Notice: Deleting the FamilyMap app from your phone does not cancel the monthly subscription charge. To cancel, visit att.com/db and follow the instructions or call AT&T Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500 and enter the phone number that was used when signing up for the FamilyMap account.
